Campaign terms — The Bamboo Battle

The “Bamboo Battle” campaign (the “Campaign”) is operated by Dorotechem / Shemesh Projects and Import (the “Company”) on the website and in related marketing activities. Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms and of the Company’s privacy policy.
Campaign period
The Campaign runs until September 25, 2026 at 23:59 (Israel time), or until an earlier date if stock or coupons are exhausted, or if the Company ends the Campaign early.
How to participate
Participants provide their name, email, and phone number and choose between two schach options. A win is determined by matching the majority of votes as measured by the Company’s systems at the time of voting (including the current vote). A tie counts as a win. The Company’s systems’ determination is final.
Prize
A winner may receive a coupon code for ₪50 off a purchase on the Dorotechem website, subject to these terms and code availability. The prize is not redeemable for cash. Coupon quantity is limited; once codes are exhausted there is no entitlement to a substitute prize.
Coupon redemption terms
- Redemption is subject to actual stock. There is no supply commitment if stock runs out.
- The coupon may only be used on an order whose product total (before this coupon and before shipping) is at least ₪300.
- The coupon is one-time, personal, and non-transferable.
- The discount does not apply to shipping costs unless expressly stated otherwise.
- The coupon may not be combined with other coupons or promotions unless the Company expressly allows it.
- The coupon must be redeemed no later than September 25, 2026 at 23:59 (Israel time), or by any shorter validity shown on the code — whichever comes first.
Changes and cancellation
The Company may, at its sole discretion and at any time, change, suspend, or cancel the Campaign — including due to stock, technical issues, suspected abuse, or business considerations — without prior notice and without liability for compensation.
Limitation of liability and errors
The Company is not liable for technical failures, communication issues, incorrect displays, or delays beyond its control. In case of error, duplication, unusual voting, or suspected fraud, the Company may cancel a win or coupon code. Participation is not mandatory.
Privacy
Details provided for the Campaign (name, email, and phone) will be used to run the Campaign, for contact, and for marketing, in accordance with the Company’s privacy policy as published on the website.
Governing law
These terms and the Campaign are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Yafo district. If the Hebrew and foreign-language versions conflict, the Hebrew version prevails.
